About Theta Chi Epsilon

Theta Chi Epsilon is a group of influential women who have come together to further both themselves and the lives of others through philanthropy, social engagements, cultural events, and community involvement. Our main purpose is to cultivate and promote the educational activities of the members; to participate in charitable activities; and to practice the precepts of true goodwill and feeling toward all members.  Also, this organization’s purpose is to make distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our History

Theta Chi Epsilon was founded in 1952. Today, we are made up of approximately 75 members in 7 chapters spread across Southern California and parts of Arizona. We are a diverse group made up of women from all ages (18-75+), all professions (everything from attorneys to communications professionals to homemakers and more), and all walks of life. We encourage you to attend an open meeting to get a better feel for who we are and what we do. We welcome you to reach out to us on our Contact Us page so that we can connect you with your local chapter representative.
